1. NEVER SKIP WARM UP- This tip is for everyone that one must warm up before starting any workout. Do it in such a way that your every body part stretches. One of the major issue why people get stretch marks is because they do not do warm ups. Skipping warm ups may lead to injuries. You can do jogging, skipping, jumping, stretching.
2. DO NOT OVERTRAIN- Experts says that 1 hour of training including warm up and cool down is enough. People are working out for 2-3 hours a day. Its not a good idea. Keep your rest intervals between the sets or between the exercises short to get maximum benefit.
3. STAY HYDRATED- It is very important to stay hydrated during workout. If you are dehydrated than your body will experience unnecessary fatigue. You make sure that you drink small sips of water at every interval of sets. This will increase endurance level.
4. FOCUS ON COMPOUND MOVEMENTS- As I explain it in earlier post. These exercises are very good for overall strength of the body. These exercises are squats, bench presses, deadlifts.
5. TRAIN EACH BODY PART ONCE IN A WEEK- As a beginner you should give your body adequate amount of rest as you are a beginner. You should not work twice a small muscle in a week. Instead you should hit all the muscles in a body once in a week.
6. BREATHING TECHNIQUE- It is most important tip for all the gymmers. Breathing technique says that you should breath in when your muscles are stretching and breath out when your muscles are contracting. Like in a chest press when you lift weight up than your muscles are contracting so you should breath out and when you take down weight you should inhale.
7. KEEP CHANGING YOUR WORKOUT- Change your workout every week so that your body cant adapt it. If your body adapts it than there will be less results.
