Today's topic is for skinny guys who are willing to gain weight as fast as possible. There are two ways to get bulk: 1. Unhealthy - This is the path where you can go out enjoy your cravings and McDonald, burger, 🍕 pizza and all sugary foods which are very unhealthy. This method will make you gain weight but it can ruin your health because it can make you fat and all saturated fats will make your heart weaker. This is the easiest way to gain weight but very unhealthy. 2. Healthy - This method is my favourite. I know its difficult but its healthy. The food you put in your stomach will make you gain weight. You have to hit your food goals everyday if you want to gain weight. Your food goals are your calories and proteins. If your goal is only to put on weight than food gaols are enough for you and if your goal is to put some muscles than you have to do some strength training.
