Today's topic is for skinny guys who are willing to gain weight as fast as possible.
There are two ways to get bulk:
1. Unhealthy- This is the path where you can go out enjoy your cravings and McDonald, burger, 🍕 pizza and all sugary foods which are very unhealthy. This method will make you gain weight but it can ruin your health because it can make you fat and all saturated fats will make your heart weaker. This is the easiest way to gain weight but very unhealthy.
2. Healthy- This method is my favourite. I know its difficult but its healthy. The food you put in your stomach will make you gain weight. You have to hit your food goals everyday if you want to gain weight.
Your food goals are your calories and proteins.
If your goal is only to put on weight than food gaols are enough for you and if your goal is to put some muscles than you have to do some strength training. To put on some muscles you need to eat minimum amount of protein everyday. You can calculate your protein goal by the formula-
0.4×body weight(in lbs)=protein
If You keep hitting this amount of protein everyday than you will definitely put on muscles. Protein rich foods like meat,dairy,eggs. For vegetarians you can consume paneer,milk,soya chunks,nuts,peanut butter. Even if you are a girl than also you have to hit these amount of protein gaols.
Another goal is to eat in calories surplus. What that mean? This means that everyone has there maintenance calories which are the calories required everyday to work properly so you have to eat more than your maintenance calories everyday to put on weight. You have to eat 200 calories more than your maintenance calories everyday.

You have to eat lot of food. Initially it can difficult to some people but after some to time you have a habbit of eating a lot.
Also you have to eat good fats to keep your calories in surplus. Good fats can be found in dairy products,cheese,nuts,oils.
Carbohydrates can also plays a vital role so keep eating in a good amount of carbohydrates.
