4 Tips for beginners

1. Be Dedicated- this is the no. 1 tip for both beginners and for advanced gymmers.  Guys join gym with full motivation but guys  lose their motivation after 6 months or after a year or so. I dont know why but i think the cant see the progress or so. U need to be dedicated all the time even if u eat rubbish diet, rubbish workout schedule but u must have to be focused and be regular.

2. Good Guidance In The Beginning- Guys dont have knowledge about fitness in the beginning. They probably ask some person or search on the internet but rather than that spend money on good personal trainer, or ask a person who is gymming from a couple of years. They will give you the right knowledge.

3. Protein Is Important- In the beginning, guys think that only by lifting weights they will build their muscles. You need to follow weight training with good enough diet. Good enough diet have protein as its core. Our diets centres around carbohydrates and fats especially in India. You need to add multiple protein rich foods in your diet like eggs, chicken breast, fist, tuna, soya chunks, paneer, milk. These protein rich foods build your muscles.

4. Concentrate On Compound Movements- You must do compound movements right from the beginning. So what are the compound movements? Compund movements are the exercises which uses more than one joint. Example squats, deadlifts, bench presses these all are compound movements. When you do squats, your body is acting as a stabilizer. By doing compound movements your whole body muscles will work. Theses exercises will give u massive gains if you follow them right from the beginning.
