100gm cashews=553kcal and 18gm protein
100gm peanut butter=588kcal and 25gm protein

whenever you feel hungry just eat nuts.

5. Egg yolks- One of the healthiest food full of nutrients and good fats.

100gm egg white=17kcal and 3.5gm protein
100gm egg yolk=55kcal and 3gm protein
